Toll Man Joe’s, originally founded in Philadelphia in 2016, has finally returned to the city! After years of searching, we found our new dream home at 12th & Pine in Washington Square West.

We’ve returned as a full-service restaurant and bar featuring our award-winning wings alongside refined breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that blend Philadelphia comfort-food favorites with globally inspired flavors. Behind the bar, guests can expect an expansive & exciting cocktail program, local beers, and thoughtfully selected wines.

Toll Man Joe’s aspires to once again provide a comfortable space for the community to come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and watch sports! With two floors, two bars, and an outdoor patio, this location also provides the perfect opportunity to host special events, occasional live music, and private events as well.
