Toll Man Joe’s, originally founded in Philadelphia in 2016, has finally returned to the city! After years of searching, we found our new dream home at 12th & Pine in Washington Square West.

We’ve returned as a full-service restaurant and bar featuring our award-winning wings alongside refined breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that blend Philadelphia comfort-food favorites with globally inspired flavors. Behind the bar, guests can expect an expansive & exciting cocktail program, local beers, and thoughtfully selected wines.
