Toll Man Joe's was founded in Philadelphia in 2016 as a full-scale sports bar and restaurant featuring elevated bar food and entrées, live music, and special events.

In our first new venture since closing our doors during the pandemic in 2020, we have opened a pop-up BYOB restaurant in Woolwich, New Jersey, where we're serving our award-winning wings and classics from our original menu!​
